LUCAN - Services for Arline Subbert, 91, of Lucan, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Vesta with burial in the Vesta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and continue Wednesday one hour prior to services in the St. John's Lutheran Church in Vesta. There will be a prayer service Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the church in Vesta. Arrangements are being handled by the Sunset Funeral and Cremation Association of Echo and Wabasso.
She died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, in the Redwood Area Hospital.
She was born Sept. 6, 1918, to Gustave and Bertha (Arndt) Mueller in Edgeley, North Dakota.
Survivors include three daughters-in-law; one son-in-law; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren; step-children James Subbert of Firestone, Colo., Keith Subbert of Brighton, Colo., Margaret Cathy of Bertoud, Colo., and Marlyce Castijilla of Wheat Ridge, Colo., eight step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law; three sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
