MARSHALL - A bike was brought to the LEC in a found property incident reported at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A boxer-type dog was taken to the impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 21, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the LEC in an incident reported at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND - An alarm was set off in a damage to property incident reported at 12:41 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Willow Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Fireworks were confiscated in a public disturbance incident reported at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Marshall Street and North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A barking dog was reported at 11:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South 2nd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 47, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the LEC in an incident reported at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

GREEN VALLEY - Theft of solar lights was reported at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A bike was brought to the LEC in a found property incident reported at 7:14 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Fairview Street and North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant and brought to the LEC in an incident reported at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A hit and run incident was reported at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Minneota man, 24, turned himself in on a Lyon County Warrant in an incident reported at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday at the LEC, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A theft incident was reported at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of East Highway 14, Balaton Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - A theft incident reported at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South Barstad Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A hit and run incident was reported for insurance purposes at 1:04 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND - Theft of a cd player from a vehicle was reported at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A junk ordinance violation was reported at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 9:03 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1989 Dodge driven by Christopher Scott of Balaton and a 2004 Chevy driven by Michael Magnuson of Brookings, S.D., received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Greeley Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1998 Ford driven by Charlotte Miller of Marshall and a 2004 Ford driven by Florence Determan of Minneota received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 10:31 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

REDWOOD COUNTY - A 2000 Pontiac driven by Joni Shantel Milbradt of Milroy was totaled in a single vehicle crash reported at 7:09 a.m. Monday on Redwood County Road 8, the Redwood County Sheriff's Office said. The car was traveling south on County Road 8 about one half mile north of Minnesota Highway 19 when it entered the ditch and rolled several times, the Sheriff's Office said. Milbradt was later found at her residence in Milroy, the Sheriff's Office said.
