MARSHALL - A sex offender updated information in an incident reported at 7:49 a.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 35, was cited for no insurance and the vehicle was towed in a traffic incident reported at 1 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY - People involved in a violation of an order for protection incident reported at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of 125th Ave. were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 47, was cited for display of revoked plates and the vehicle was towed in a traffic incident reported at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday on West Lyon Street near Wells Fargo, Marshall Police said.
TRACY - A domestic incident was reported at 6:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of East Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No additional information was available.
MARSHALL - A Lynd man, 25, was arrested on a Murray County warrant in a warrant pickup incident reported at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY - A Sioux Falls, S.D., man, 29, was arrested for false driver's license and no driver's license in a traffic incident reported at 6:17 p.m. Wednesday on Minnesota State Highway 23 near Brawner Lake, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 34, was cited for violation of a restricted driver's license in a traffic incident reported at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday on Paris Road, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 29, was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance and the vehicle was towed in a traffic incident reported at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of State Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL - A bicycle was taken to the city garage in a property found incident reported at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY - A parking complaint was reported at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No additional information was available.
MARSHALL - A public disturbance reported at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street is a juvenile matter, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD - A soda pop machine was tipped in a damage to property incident reported at 8:58 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East 4th Street North, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A public disturbance reported at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street is a juvenile matter, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD - A damaged store window was reported at 8:33 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 8:24 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Brian Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
Accidents
MARSHALL - A 2001 Chevrolet driven by Maria Toledo of Marshall was moderately damaged and a 2003 Ford driven by Maurice Chaplin of Marshall was lightly damaged in an accident reported at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday on East College Drive near the Landmark Bistro, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL - A 1999 Buick driven Robert Anderson of Marshall was moderately damaged and a parked and unattended 2007 Chevrolet owned by the city of Marshall was lightly damaged in an assist incident reported at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday at 900 E. Main St., Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY - A 2006 McCormack farm tractor driven Daniel Matthys of Marshall was severely damaged and a 1999 Chevrolet driven Ronald Dunk of Tracy was demolished in an accident reported at 9:21 p.m. Friday in Section 25 of Stanley Township, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. Dunk and passenger Janice Dunk were injured; Ronald Dunk was airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Janice Dunk was transported to Marshall by ambulance, the Sheriff's Department said.
