The 6th Annual Gold Rush Raffle was a huge success. Emily Zwach won the grand prize of $5,000 and was the only one of the five finalists that marked the "I do not want to split the money" box on the ticket. Thank you to all the people who supported the Mustang Booster Club by purchasing one of our raffle tickets.

I also need to thank Mike Ellingson, Brian Gruhot, Ron McLaughlin, Bruce and Linda Saugstad, Karen VanKuelen and Ken Mukomela for being the top raffle ticket sellers for this year's event. The Gold Rush Raffle was enjoyed by all who attended and continues to be a great mid-winter social event.

This past Tuesday, the Mustang Baseball team along with students from the SMSU Culinology and Hospitality Management programs hosted the Inaugural Wild Game Feed in the SMSU Conference Center. The event saw over two hundred attendees show their support for Mustang Baseball while dining on goose, venison, pheasant, halibut, walleye and much more. The Mustang Baseball fund raiser tallied over $3,000 in ticket sales. Congratulations to Head Coach, Paul Blanchard, and Assistants John Petersen and Bryan Nikkel and all the players for putting on a successful 1st Wild Game Feed.
