BALATON - A trespass incident was reported at 12:39 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Maple Street, Balaton Police said. No additional information was available.
MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 20, was cited for no vehicle insurance, no Minnesota driver's license and no seatbelt and his vehicle was towed in a traffic incident reported at 11:34 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 36, was arrested and cited for domestic assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Patricia Court, Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY - A Tracy woman, 22, was cited for reckless driving in a traffic incident reported at 9:12 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A Brandon, S.D. man, 23, was cited for reckless driving in a traffic incident reported at 9:12 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
MARSHALL - A yellow labrador puppy was taken to the impoundment center and later released to the owner in an animal complaint reported at 3:31 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Gray Place West, Marshall Police said.
TRACY - A theft was reported at 12:15 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No additional information was available.
COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood man, 27, was arrested for domestic assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 3:09 a.m. Saturday on the 800 block of West 1st Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
LYON COUNTY - A juvenile girl returned home in a runaway incident reported at 12:49 a.m. Saturday on the 3000 block of 270th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
COTTONWOOD - People were separated for the night in a verbal argument reported as a domestic at 11:15 p.m. Friday on a double digit block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
LYON COUNTY - People involved in a harassment incident reported at 2:02 p.m. Friday on the 1400 block of 125th Avenue were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
COTTONWOOD - An identity theft reported at 10:42 a.m. Friday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
