MARSHALL - License plates were seized from a vehicle in a traffic incident reported at 4:18 a.m. Friday in the Addison parking lot, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated man was released to a responsible person in a intoxicated incident reported at 4:03 a.m. Friday behind Wells Fargo, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated man was released to a responsible person in a intoxicated incident reported at 2:58 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Saratoga Street and 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning for loud music was given in a loud party reported at 11:34 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2002 Honda was damaged when it was struck by a white Dodge that left the scene in a hit-and-run incident reported at 7:52 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood person, 47, was arrested for fourth degree driving while impaired and was brought to Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol incident reported at 7:43 p.m. Thursday on Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A violation of an order for protection reported at 7:20 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Southview Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A husky was taken to the impoundment center in an animal complaint reported at 5:12 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Prospect Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A live trap was set to catch a cat in an animal complaint reported at 2:57 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The theft of money reported at 1:57 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the Lyon County Attorney for consideration of forgery and identity theft charges against a Marshall man, 23, in a theft reported at 12:50 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle's window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 11:53 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2003 Ford driven by Hope Reyna of Marshall was lightly damaged and a 2002 Buick driven by Jose Verdin Jr. of Marshall was moderately damaged in an accident reported at 3:35 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ash Drive and Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said. Yoana Onofre, a passenger in the Buick, had minor injuries, Police said.
