To the editor:
Recently, there were some tombstones that were broken and knocked down. I think that if the perpetrators are found, they shouldn't get to go to jail. They should have to go and fix all the stones without lifting equipment. In addition, they should have to care for the cemetery for a year, doing all the essential - mowing, picking up trash, etc. It's obvious that whoever did this doesn't care one bit about what they did or the memories they destroyed. It's time to make people like this own up to their actions, make them learn what a pain it is to clean up after them.
