Truth be known any time you have a board of directors they make decisions based on the facts they are given. The one guarantee is they can't please everybody but will try to represent the majority of the people that appointed them. The also have more facts in front of them then the general public.

It's also true that sometimes these boards have personal agendas (or axes to grind).

yes, thank you for standing up for our right to pay more in taxes to fund an independent library in addition to the 218,000 the county is still required to pay to library in Lyon county that is still part of Plum Creek
