He didn't fail mention anything. He questioned whether self defense should have been Zimmerman's defense, since he was following Martin, not standing his ground. I think the case could be made that Martin was the one standing his ground when he felt threatened by a stranger pursuing him.

The editor FAILS to mention that Martin assaulted Zimmerman as the evidence presented in the trial clearly proved. Zimmerman feared for his life and had every right to defend himself. Case closed.

Excellent editorial Per. Your comments put in perspective the complexities that surrounded this case. The only good that could possibly come from this trial are changes in attitudes and laws that would work to prevent this from ever happening again.
