I have a hard time believing the teacher intended to leave this child. But if the district is going to hire a law firm to investigate ($) then it needs to investigate the lack of licensure of the interim principal and our sup and Board thinking that was ok. 23 parents were on this trip too and they didn't notice the child left behind. No, that wasn't their "job", but it could point to this being just an accident that should not result in law firms hired and potential lawsuits.
