Reaching out for Robin

Robin Bock recently found out how many friends she has. Diagnosed with a brain tumor, the Marshall 8th-grader has a long road in front of her, but she also now knows that she’s got plenty of people in her corner.

For teenagers, it seems like the most stressful part of their life is choosing an outfit for the day, doing homework or working at their job. No teen ever expects to find out they have a brain tumo....

I know Robin from working with her Dad. She is very strong, brave and loved. The whole town is praying for her and her family. The outpouring of support for her and her family makes me proud to be from Marshall.

Thank goodness for a mom who stood up and demanded further tests. I'd like to know who the doctor is who couldn't figure out that something was seriously wrong with this girl so that the rest of us can NOT go to that doctor.

Robin and her family are grateful for the continued support of the Marshall community, including the Marshall medical community. We do not wish the medical community to be disparaged.
