So we have a 400lb man who was obviously at the strip joint blowing off a little steam if you will, an activity he refers to as "camping", being accosted by 2 repressed homosexual "christians" masquerading as "preachers". Throw in some pork and beans. Whats weird about that?

John Chisholm would be your "street preacher" and he can take your dental appointments too!

This is either a great April Fool Day joke or a really pathetic attempt to save face. Assuming it can be taken at face value, let me see if I can I can give the Readers Digest version:

“After driving 80 miles to spend the night in the great tourist destination of Lynd I was awoken by a commotion. Totally oblivious to what was taking place across the street I opened up a can of beans and headed across the street to see if I could get a beer. I picked the “Juice Bar” because they seemed more likely to serve beer than the bar down the street. Imagine my shock when I saw what was really happening in there! I quickly left, only to be accosted by two men who assumed I was looking for something other than beer. In the ensuing ruckus I accidently committed assault with a deadly bean. Convinced of my innocence I fled to spend the rest of the night in a casino parking lot, because there is nothing creepy about respectable businessman camping out in a van by adult entertainment venues.”

I think Professor du Bois should come out there and do a "study". I'm not sure if he would be with the pork and beans guy or the two street preachers.

Yo, prod, you and bobdole sound like the same guy. We should give you AK47s to guard the city of Lynd.

I noticed today that the county had to hire another attorney. Do you think there is a connection?

Welcome to Lyon Co!!! If you would have got a DWI or had **** on your computer, you could have probably got away with these crimes with the Lyon Co Sheriff's Dept investigating. But spilling beans on someones Amp, oh no! That's a big crime in Lyon Co. That can't be covered up!!!

No decent preacher could ever think of forgiveness after getting beaned in downtown Lynd. Does the speaker make funny sounds now? Was there a tomato in the juice bar? Will the judge have to sample the evidence? Can I volunteer for jury duty for this one?

It's a matter of negligence. Each party is equally responsible. The preaching dudes with their disrespectful ways and not watching where they were going, and the pork sandwich and bean eating dude not watching where he was going. Misuse of the courts' time.

bobdole, I wish your mother would have told you it's "could have" not "could of." "Of" isn't a verb.

sounds like those 2 wild preachers not paying attention to their own preaching like do unto others have run out of money cause nobody wants their lord and so they have to sue to get some do re mi. i'd get them a washcloth so they can withdraw this suit on Gerhard.

Looks like we need to put a limit on how many beans go into a can, or put a ban on all assault bean cans!!!

Maybe if you had not brought the can of pork n beans with you in the hunt for tomato juice and beer this all could of been avoided.
