"to be fair", anyone who farms does not have a right to damage the environment. Agriculture used to mean taking care of the land. What happened to farming? The negative effects of these hog systems are felt and smelled far beyond the immediate neighborhood. County needs to anticipate these issues with clear restrictions and not wait for the next lagoon to blow and half the town move away because marshall stinks so bad.
