Crime report for May 13
MARSHALL — The theft of tools reported at 7:08 a.m. Monday on the 1000 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An intoxicated incident reported at 1:49 a.m. Monday on Timberlane Drive was unfounded, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Balaton girl, 17, was cited for minor consumption and was released to a responsible person in a domestic incident reported at 12:51 a.m. Monday on Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A bicycle was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a property found incident reported at 9:28 p.m. Sunday in Justice Park, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — A harassment incident was reported at 3:11 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Adams Street, Minneota Police said. No additional information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 20, was arrested on fourth degree DWI and third degree refusal to test at 5:56 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said. The man was brought to the Lyon County Law Enforcement Center.

MARSHALL — Gabriel Joseph Ross, 20, of Granite Falls was sentenced in Lyon County District Court May 1 on a charge of assault in the second degree. Ross was sentenced to prison for 21 months and must pay a $100 fine and restitution.
