Red light, green light

That’s twice in two weeks that I’ve seen it. On Main Street the light is still red but it’s going to go green in a couple of seconds. The car in the next lane anticipates that green light so much it’s practically across the street.

You’re like--hey the light is still red, buddy! What’s your hurry?

Well I don’t want to be there when those people who speed through the amber light from half a block away meet up with the guy who anticipates the green one.
