Sometimes you are glad when you wake up in the morning and you realize your dream isn’t real. Like when I lost some teeth in a dream or when I was told I was pregnant with my fifth child in a recent dream.

This morning’s dream was different. In the dream I was in San Francisco with my sisters, but I suddenly realized in the dream that I hadn’t filled out a vacation slip. “I’ll have to text Per,” I thought in the dream.

Wouldn’t that have been an interesting text for the editor to receive? “Won’t be at work Friday. I’m in San Francisco with my sisters.”

But beyond that little glitch, I was having a good time in San Francisco and was mad when my alarm went off this morning.
