My family likes to eat oysters on crackers for a snack. When I was at the store recently buying a tin of oysters, I noticed octopus was for sale as well so I bought that. When I laid out the crackers (whole wheat) and oysters this weekend, I also brought out the already-chopped-up Vigo Spanish octopus in marinade sauce. I made them try it so they could say yes, they’ve had octopus. I didn’t like it because it was too chewy. You chew and chew and chew. My family members weren’t fans either. I’ll stick to the oysters. But yes, we have eaten octopus.
