Yule have a good time

Yes, my family and I watched the yule log on TV on Christmas day. And yes we had a real fire going in the fireplace which is a foot away from the TV.

The yule log is a steady fire in a fireplace with Christmas music. That’s it. It played all Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I wondered what happens when the wood gets low. Sure enough a hand comes in and throws another log on the fire. One time the hand poked the fire with a poker. That was really great.

From time to time Christmas day we checked on the yule log to see how it was going. We were mad when we saw the fire had been freshened and we missed it.
