Packers AND Bears? Ouch.

Talk about salt in the wound. Not only are the Packers in the NFC?title game next week, their opponent will be the Bears. That’s just great, two of the Vikings’ biggest rivals are now one step away from the Super Bowl, meaning one of the Vikings’ biggest rivals will be in the Super Bowl this year. Just when we get over the fact that the Vikings slipped on a banana peel and never got up this year —?finishing last, dead last — this happens. Sure, it speaks for the toughness of our division that two out of the four teams in the NFC?North made it this far, but as a fan, it stings to see our rivals stampede their way to the title game while the Vikings scan the NFL’s unemployment line for assistants for our new coach. Can’t wail til the draft.
