Those rebellious years

I was talking to one of my daughters recently and I mentioned what tattoo I would get if I ever decided I needed one. I told her I would get the Chinese symbol for energy which is called “chi.”

She said basically that my family members would kill me if I got a tattoo. I told her that I would wait until she and her sister were 18 and then they would have no say over me.

In addition, because of her adamant opposition to my idle thought, I am firming up the idea of getting a tat.
