Presentation focuses on helocentricty versus geocentricity

To the editor:

Does the earth go around the sun? Or, does the sun go around the earth?

‘Heliocentricity’ versus ‘geocentricity,’ that is the topic that will be presented by Robert Sungenis on Saturday, April 20, at the Marshall-Lyon County Public Library. Lecture will start at 10:30 A.M. and go until around noon, followed by a questions and answers period. Admission is free.

Some of you might recall the Jan. 16, 2018, “Big reward” offered in the “Cosmic Challenge” letter in the Marshall Independent in which Greg Groebner offered a $50,000 reward to anyone who could show plausibility for the heliocentric position. To the best of my knowledge, he still has no takers for the money. I’m just stating this as a matter of interest — Mr. Sungenis has no connections with Mr. Groebner’s offer.
