NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLAT

Copies of a Preliminary Plat have been filed with the City by Coleman Electric of Marshall, Minnesota for Coleman-Urban Appeal Addition.

The tract of land involving the area of the Preliminary Plat is described as follows,

to-wit:

LAND DESCRIPTION

Lot 4, Block 2, Marshall Right of Way Addition, Marshall, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof.

AND

All that part of the following recorded description lying northwesterly of the northwesterly right of way of Southview Drive.

That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4 NE1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township One Hundred Eleven (111) North of Range Forty-one (41) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of the NE1/4 of said Section 9 and the center line of the main track of the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company, as said main track was located; thence Northwesterly along said main track center line a distance of 350 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angles to the last described course a

distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein

described; thence continuing on the same course in a southwesterly direction perpendicular to said main track center line, a distance of 150 feet; thence in a northwesterly direction, parallel to said main track center line, a distance of 450 feet; thence in a northerly direction to a point, which is 570 feet northwesterly of the point of beginning, and which is also perpendicular to and distant 50 feet from the center line of the main track of the Chicago and

Northwestern Transportation Company; thence in a southeasterly direction parallel to said main track center line a distance of 570 feet to the point of beginning.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held to consider approval of said Preliminary Plat before the Marshall City Council in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.

At such hearing, the City Council shall review the plat, consider all oral and written reports, comments and recommendations and determine as to whether or not to approve the plat.
