MARSHALL — A 27-year-old male turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 2:51 a.m. Thursday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — Vehicle tampering reported at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North Lake Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old female was arrested on a McLeod County warrant in an incident reported at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old female was arrested on a Lyon County Probation warrant in an incident reported at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a vehicle mirror was reported at 12:37 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An animal complaint was reported at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — Theft of a cellular phone from a vehicle at 9:33 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Summit Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Theft of items from a vehicle at 6:43 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of East Fairview Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A vehicle slid into a traffic sign at 8:23 a.m. Thursday, at the intersection of North Third Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:50 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle lost control and hit a light pole at 4:26 a.m. Thursday, at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was towed.
