MARSHALL — An adult female was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic incident reported at 12:57 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 74 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A male was issued a trespassing notice in an incident reported at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An adult male was cited for speeding at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 222nd Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A female driver was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Jewett Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West Third Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, but one vehicle was towed, Police said.
