MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Main Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A minor was cited for possession of alcohol in a traffic incident reported at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Fourth Street and West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An adult female was cited for speeding at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 170th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A possible violation of a trespassing notice was reported at 7 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and failure to provide proof of insurance, in a traffic incident reported at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Kendall Street and South Sixth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Shoplifting was reported at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
