Crime and Accidents for Feb. 10

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic incident reported at 8:50 a.m. Friday on the 2200 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 4:06 a.m. Friday at the intersection of South Sixth Street and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A total of four parking violations were reported between 3:30 and 3:44 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said. Citations were issued for violations reported on West Main and West Lyon Streets, Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident reported at 1:09 a.m. Friday at the intersection of North High Street and Summit Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult female was cited for speeding at 10:31 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Third Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic incident reported at 3:33 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A gas drive-off was reported at 2:38 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:11 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North Grant Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An adult female was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant, and also for fourth degree DWI – controlled substance, in an incident reported at 11:46 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An incident described as all other was reported at 12:29 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — Icy road conditions led to a vehicle getting rear-ended in a property damage accident reported at 7 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. Minor damage was reported, Police said.
