MARSHALL — A report was sent to the state of Minnesota for a violation of a restricted driver’s license at 5:21 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Peltier Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of an iPhone reported at 9:07 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of South A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of marijuana possession charges against a juvenile female, in an incident reported at 5:55 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and James Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Craigslist scam was reported at 4:51 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Kossuth Street, Marshall Police said. The complainant was advised, Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of $300 in cash reported at 1:46 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of North Fourth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A civil matter was reported at 1:07 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall resident reported inappropriate social media comments in a harassment incident reported at 9:30 p.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 33, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in an incident reported at 4:08 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A mailbox was knocked off its post in a property damage incident reported at 12:17 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A total of five parking violations were reported between 4:09 and 4:33 a.m. Friday on the 200 and 300 blocks of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. Citations were issued for all five parking violations, Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier struck a tree in a property damage accident reported at 1:01 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Glenn Street and Simmons Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was left abandoned at the scene of the crash, Police said. The incident is under investigation.
