MARSHALL — An assault reported at 4:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of North 7th Street and West Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An adult male was cited for speeding at 2:37 p.m. Monday on the 2700 block of Lyon County Road 22, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a theft at 2:08 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult female was cited for speeding at 2:02 p.m. Monday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A found bicycle was released to its owner at 1:31 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle reported found at 12:52 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Village Drive was taken to the impound, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An animal complaint was reported at 12:03 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Century Drive, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
