MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for having no valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident reported at 12:52 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for speeding at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 7, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Theft was reported at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police siad. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Theft of a watch reported at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — An adult male was cited for fourth degree DWI, and was placed in a 12-hour hold, in an incident reported at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and First Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GHENT — A driver in a property damage accident reported at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West Burlingame Street was cited for driving after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a warrant arrest incident reported at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
