MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 3:49 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Main Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested for minor consumption, disorderly conduct and obstruction in an incident reported at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Cheryl Avenue, Marshall Police said. The male was held for court, Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 11:14 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Youman Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An adult female was cited for failure to yield the right of way, and an instruction permit violation, in a traffic incident reported at 4:32 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and South Sixth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to Christmas lights was reported at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Kathryn Avenue, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — An adult male was cited for speeding and having expired registration at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 16 and Lyon County Road 18, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Check forgery reported at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Genesis Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle was rear-ended in a hit- and-run incident reported at 7:54 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said. There was no damage reported, and no injuries, Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A vehicle hit a tree in a property damage accident reported at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of Hahn Road, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was towed, Police said.
