MARSHALL — The Marshall Police Department assisted another agency in an incident reported at 10:14 a.m. Friday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Shoplifting suspects were gone when the officers arrived in a theft incident reported at 3:33 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old woman was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in an incident reported at 1:51 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A trespass notice was issued in an incident reported at 9:36 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 9:40 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of George Street was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Kansas man, 23, was arrested for DUI in an incident reported at 1:24 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident was reported at 7:16 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An intoxicated female was released to a sober party in an incident reported at 12:41 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 10:16 a.m. Saturday on the 600 block of North Bruce Street was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident was reported at 1:13 p.m. Saturday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Voter registration fraud reported at 3:54 p.m. Saturday in Marshall is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of equipment was reported at 6:31 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Michigan Road and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A car-deer accident was reported at 6:05 a.m. Saturday on North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Four people were injured in a personal injury accident reported at 8:52 p.m. Friday on the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 8, Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2011 Chevrolet driven by Hector Rodriguez of Ghent collided with a 2008 Chevrolet driven by Stone Irvine of Clarkfield, State Patrol said. Rodriguez and a passenger in his vehicle, Pearl Zamora of Ghent, and Irvine and a passenger in his vehicle, Jami Irvine, were taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, State Patrol said.
