TRACY — A Westbrook man, 27, was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic incident reported at 11:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 3100 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of terroristic threat and domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 28, in an incident reported at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 8:32 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive were counseled, Marshall Police said.

LYND — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in an incident reported at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Lynd Street, the Sheriff’s Department said.

LYND — An incident reported at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Lynd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation reported at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and Lilac Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department is attempting to contact the owner of a passport reported found at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Collins Street, the Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Central Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A house was egged in an incident reported at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North 5th Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Center Street and Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
