MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 6:55 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Jackson Street and East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 55, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident reported at 4:57 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Saratoga Street and East Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 42, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Locust Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — A Heron Lake man, 19, was cited for speeding at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Minnesota Highway 91, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 21, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Northfield man, 48, was cited for speeding at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Mustang Trail, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 27, was cited for driving without a valid license and without proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A burglary reported at 7:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint incident was reported at 5 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of North 7th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 38, was arrested for contempt of court in an incident reported at 1 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY — A reciprocal incident was reported at 12:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Check forgery reported at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 8:46 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

REDWOOD COUNTY — Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday on at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Redwood County Road 10, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2013 Chrysler van driven by Annalie Plaetz, 33, of Westbrook, was southbound on County Road 10, and slid through a stop sign at the intersection with Highway 14, the State Patrol said. The van collided with a 2001 Mazda driven by Nhia Yang, 34, of Walnut Grove, which was westbound on Highway 14. Road conditions were snowy and icy, the State Patrol said.

Both Plaetz and Yang received non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. Plaetz was taken to the Tracy hospital, while Yang did not go to a health care facility, the State Patrol said. The Redwood County Sheriff’s Department, Walnut Grove Police, Fire and Ambulance, Lamberton Police sand Tracy Ambulance all responded at the scene.

MARSHALL — A 2006 Chevrolet driven by a Ghent boy, 16, received moderate damage and a 2016 Dodge driven by a Lynd man, 37, received minor damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Saratoga Street and East Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.
