MARSHALL – A Balaton woman, 53, was cited for driving after suspension out of state in an incident reported at 11:59 p.m. Saturday in Marshall, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Subjects were separated in a public disturbance reported at 1:30 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An assault reported at 10:24 am. Sunday on the 100 block of South 5th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 3:16 p.m. Sunday in Marshall is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Burglary reported at 6:25 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Patricia Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A reciprocal incident reported at 2:18 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of East U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON – A violation of an order for protection reported at 6:48 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Central Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL – A Russell woman, 31, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:58 a.m. Saturday off of 3rd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYND – It was quiet when the officer arrived in a loud party incident reported at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North River Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 11:46 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of Lindsday Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY – A 2000 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 37, received moderate damage when it struck a deer in a property damage accident reported at 3:26 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 2003 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 43, received moderate damage when it struck a deer in a property damage accident reported at 7:49 a.m. Sunday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
