Crime report for Aug. 26
MARSHALL – A Marshall female, 35, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of the legal process in a public disturbance incident reported at 5:46 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Westbrook man, 18, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI in an alcohol-DWI incident reported at 2:25 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Southview Drive and Cheryl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall male, 20, was arrested for minor consumption, public urination and obstructing the legal process in an alcohol-DWI incident reported at 1:22 a.m. Sunday in the Whitney Lot, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall male, 31, was transported to the emergency room for evaluation due to being intoxicated in an incident reported at 8:32 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of Lynd Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A cat was at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:42 p.m. Saturday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – Possession of stolen property is under investigation in a traffic related incident reported at 2:04 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A 17-year-old female was reported as a runaway in an incident reported at 10:07 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Woodstock man, 33, was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and damage to property in an auto theft incident reported at 2:09 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
