Crime/accidents for April 12

LYON COUNTY – A warrant was served on a Marshall man, 40, in an incident reported at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshfield, Wis. man, 65, was arrested and cited for driving after suspension and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Harassment reported at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A tire was slashed in a vandalism incident reported at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Columbine Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was issued for loud music in an incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft reported at 4:46 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 51, was arrested and cited for violation of harassment and restraining order and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 1:21 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2002 Saturn driven by a Marshall woman, 28 received moderate damage and a 2002 GMC driven by a Marshall boy, 16, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:46 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Southview Drive and Deschepper Street, Marshall Police said. The driver of the Saturn was cited and the vehicle was towed for no insurance, Police said.

MARSHALL – No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 8:07 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
