Lakeview Assisted Living receives 2017 Customer Experience Award

Lakeview, a Balaton-based provider of assisted living services, announces that its is the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2017 Customer Experience Award. Qualifying for the award in the categories of Overall Satisfaction, Dining Services, Cleanliness, Response to Problems, Communications, Activities, Move-in Process, Safety and Security, Recommend to others and Overall Customer Experience Lakeview displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Charles Ness, administrator of Lakeview, describes receiving the award as an honor, saying that “We have an incredible team led by Erin Hall RN, the clinical director who always put the needs of our residents first.”

Throughout its three years of serving the community Lakeview Assisted Living has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2016, a sampling of Lakeview’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Lakeview in specific categories.

Every month, Lakeview has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the resident’s needs and make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Lakeview has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
