True Light to  present dinner theater Feb. 2, Feb. 3

True Light Christian School will present its 15th annual dinner theater Feb. 2 and 3. The seventh- and eighth-grade class have written and will perform the play, “Too Great Expectations.” What happens when parents’ expectations don’t match up with the dreams inside their children’s heads?  How do families interact with each other when feelings get hurt and are hidden away?  In the state of California, in a coffee shop near the beach, families are fighting, parents are pushing, and some kids can’t take it anymore. They are crumbling under the pressure of too great expectations. Proceeds benefit the school’s Compassion International child, missionary to Turkey, Jenna Pfaffe, and youth mission trips. Dinner reservations required. Call 507-532-2762.
